On August 18, we celebrated the graduation of our Tampa Career Shift Small Business Bootcamp cohort — and what an incredible journey it has been.
Over the course of the program, participants showed up ready to learn, grow, and turn their ideas into action. From business fundamentals and branding to procurement, pitching, and strategies for sustainable growth, our graduates put in the work to take their businesses to the next level.
A heartfelt thank you to our speakers and presenters who generously shared their expertise, experiences, and real-world insights throughout the program. Your knowledge and willingness to invest in our participants are a huge part of what makes Career Shift so impactful.
A huge thank you as well to our organizers, partners, and community supporters who helped make this cohort possible. Your commitment behind the scenes—and your belief in the entrepreneurs we serve—means so much to us.
And, of course, a very special CONGRATULATIONS to our 33 Tampa graduates and our winners! You put in the work, embraced new challenges, and showed what is possible when opportunity meets determination. We are incredibly proud of each of you and excited to see the impact you will have on the Tampa Bay business community.
We hope Career Shift gave you the tools, confidence, connections, and knowledge to move your business forward with boldness and purpose. It was truly our honor to be part of your journey.
This graduation may mark the end of the program, but it is only the beginning of what comes next. We can’t wait to see what you build, the opportunities you create, and the impact you have in your communities.
Thank you to everyone who helped us promote and support this program. We are grateful for your partnership and commitment to creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs in the Tampa Bay community.
