CareerBuild is a flagship program designed to introduce individuals to the dynamic field of property management. In partnership with nonprofit training programs, technical colleges, and local organizations, Brandywine Cares identifies candidates—both professional tradespeople and youth from underserved communities—who may be unfamiliar with the career opportunities in property management.
This program is particularly appealing to tradespeople for its alignment with their existing skills and to youth for its low barrier to entry and potential for career advancement.
The CareerBuild program offers participants:
