The Teen Triumph Academy is designed to provide instruction in key areas - entrepreneurship, career readiness (with emphasis on AI tools), financial education and wealth-building, while enhancing critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Using fun and engaging brief learning modules, multiple guest speakers and references to relatable experiences, reinforced through a hands-on activity that often includes a challenge, youth should not realize they are actually learning and improving skills.. The short 6 day course culminates with an elevator pitch about a business idea they formulate that addresses a particular need of relevance to the individual or their community.
